  2. DHEA is a supplement I’ve used in the past and achieved some rock solid results. Between 2013 and 2014, I used the recommended dosage in preparation for the 2014 NPC Men’s Physique competition season and finished well in all four shows that year. If I decide to get back into the game, DHEA will be part of my overall supplement regimen.
